We are able to do this because we have decades of experience which include serving as the wine director/sommelier at Murphy's, Buckhead Fine Wine, MidCity Cuisine and as a Professor at the Culinary Institute. Our staff has additional experience at Shaun's, Sage, Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute, The French Culinary Institute and training in Florence,Italy, at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute.
